When my father, Dominic Cortese, was in the State Legislature, he used to have these wonderful annual cioppino dinners that were enjoyed so many of us. I’m inspired to continue that tradition with an old-school, authentic Sicilian cioppino dinner. If you are new to Sicilian cuisine, cioppino is a delicious, traditional seafood stew.
