The Parks, Recreation and Neighborhood Services Department’s San José Youth Empowerment Alliance (SJ YEA) is partnering with the East Side Union High School District to host the annual Safe Communities Conference on Saturday, September 23, 2023 from 8:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. at Independence High School.
The annual Safe Communities Summit brings together representatives from the City of San José, local non-profit organizations, and San José residents to build and grow partnerships that help make San José’s community spaces safe, fun, and healthy for people of all ages to enjoy.
San José residents that would like to get more information about City services and other community resources are invited to attend the summit. Breakfast, lunch, and children’s activities will be provided. Residents can learn more and register online at the Safe Communities Summit webpage.
Please help us share this information with residents and organizations in your district by distributing the flyers attached to this email or sharing the social media posts linked below.
