The Democratic Volunteer Center (DVC) now boasts a huge, new headquarters in a great location, and we are ready for you to see it—and more importantly, to use it.

The space is the old Best Buy building near Highway 101 in Mountain View. It’s expansive enough to provide campaign headquarters for candidates and to offer Democratic groups plenty of room to work and hold events. And naturally, we’ll use this vast resource to offer hundreds of hours of DVC phonebanking, texting, letter-writing and canvassing.

Best of all, it’s in a convenient location with plenty of parking.

Join the Dean Club for their Ballot Proposition Extravaganza at the SCCDP Headquarters in San Jose, and via Zoom, on August 7, 2024 at 7 PM.  Club Members will give presentations on each Statewide Ballot Proposition. Attendees will then be invited to participate in a Straw Poll. The results of the Straw Poll will become a slate of recommendations to the Members at the Dean Club’s August 26, 2024 meeting.  The Members will vote to either ratify or modify the results of the Straw Poll.  The results of the Member vote become the Dean Club’s Ballot Proposition endorsements for 2024.

The Peninsula Democratic Coalition Annual Picnic is coming up on Saturday, July 27th from 4-7pm at Cuesta Park in Mountain View. Please join us for a BBQ and fun time with PDC members.

A $30 per person donation is strongly recommended to attend the picnic, which helps us cover the costs of the event, though no one will be turned away.
