July 2021 Central Committee Recap

On Thursday, July 1, 2021, the Santa Clara County Democratic Central Committee took the following actions:

The Committee reviewed SCCDCC Group Agreements for online meetings, adopted proposed procedures to consider resolutions, heard an update and request for member action to support AB 1171 to end California’s spouse rape distinction, elected a member to fill a vacancy in AD 29, and accredited a new Club, the Assyrian Democrats of the Bay Area.

One resolution was passed:

The Meeting was adjourned In Memory of US Senator and Presidential candidate, Mike Gravel.

Turnout will be key in this election—let’s all support Governor Newsom and get out the vote.
