We need your help talking to voters about Democrats up and down the ticket. A phone bank is a great way to reach voters and talk about issues we all care about.
With the importance placed on Arizona and Nevada this Midterm Election, we need to reach out and talk to voters about Mark Kelly and Catherine Cortez Masto. Virtual phone banks have become an essential part of campaigns. Whether you’re new to phonebanking or an expert, you have a place with our people-powered campaigns. The good news is, phone banking is easy to learn and can be done from the comfort of your own home.
We’ll be making calls for the NE Arizona Native Dems and trying to identify women voters (the matriarchs of their communities) for whom local Native organizers can visit. These local organizers will work with matriarchs in the different communities to register their families and friends and engage voters. Local organizers have big turfs to cover so they need our help finding matriarchs who are open to conversations.
Calling on Native lands requires cultural competency training to have effective conversations.
We are offering non-partisan calls for the Center for Common Ground to alert communities of color about the primary elections in South Carolina
And we are offering phonebanks into the California Central Valley calling people in California’s CD 22 and asking them to support Rudy Salas for Congress and to make a voting plan for the primaries. Locating supporters will make all the difference in the world when as few as a thousand votes.
