Sheriff-elect Bob Jonsen will speak in November
Sheriff-elect Bob Jonsen will be SBDC’s guest speaker at its November 30th meeting. A virtual meeting, it begins promptly at 7 PM. (See links below). He will discuss his priorities for change in the Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Department that is in crisis amid allegations of corruption and mismanagement.
Former Palo Alto Police Chief, Jonsen has more than 35 years of experience in law enforcement and won a 2010 James Q. Wilson Award for Community Policing for his Antelope Valley Crime Fighting initiative during his 27 years in the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
